Thanks for posting Whimsy, edited slightly to make the actual donation links live, (there was no link to the donation page in your post).

this was a great thing to wake up to when I visited twitter just now, if I wasn't a proud fan already.... I am even more now.

These 2 causes are close to my heart, my vocation having been working with young people, it's just a brilliant thing Damien is doing.

I hope everyone finds away to support him and the causes

Sooo now we know why he's been so quiet lately. He's been training for this. He certainly looks a lot more toned than he did when we saw him at The Royal Court. Very proud of him. What a cheeky monkey he is for not telling us he was doing it - he must have been training for weeks! I know I couldn't do a triathlon (partly because I'm a lazy sod, lol!)

Great to see he's raising for small causes as well; means he really cares for them.

I have added a little to his pot; I'd like to think it's just because I'm charitable, but I admit I'm hoping for more pics as well!

Me too, and a little more than a quid too.

A triathalon!...you know usually people get other people to sponsor them before they actually do the event but i suppose he wanted to make sure that he'd do it and complete it first. Either way, wow...impressive.

His muscles must've been like jelly afterwards but wow, i'm seriously impressed, as if i didn't admire the man enough, he goes and does something like this. And tweeted that picture too.

It's currently at over £300, it would be fantastic if it could get to £500 by the end of today. Great causes. Well done Damien!

Yes, Damien seems to have gone from hero to superhero status overnight! I mean literalyl! running up and down Snowdon? and swimming and cycling? inspired!
